ABOUT
Based in Portland, OR, Wild Goose Repertory (formerly Outer East Arthouse) is a nomadic theatre company dedicated to telling stories of faith, hope, and love.
We value creative excellence, celebrate artists, and create theatre to lift and unite our community.
Our Story
In December 2016, a group of theatre artists wrote and produced a play called "The Stranger and the Scrooge", a story of family, compassion, and creativity. We thought, "Hey, if we can get 20 people here to see this each night, our work will have been worth it." To our surprise, over 500 people came to see this little play from our unknown (and at that time unnamed) theatre troupe! Suddenly we had a theatre company!

Originally operating out of Eastridge Church in Clackamas, OR, we began hiring artists, producing over a dozen new plays, even building our own outdoor summer venue!
Since those early days, we've incorporated under a new name, and continue to tell stories of faith, hope, and love - providing a harbor in an often bewildering world.
